Cycling Plus reviewed the Giant Defy 1 mens road bike in their February 2012 issue - as part of a 'Grand Designs' group test - a shoot out of the best £1000 bikes available on the market including Specialized, Fuji, Carrera and Cannondale.
Giant Defy 1 has set new benchmarks in 2012 for just what is possible with aluminium - producing a ride that is both responsive and smooth - the proof was in the test results.
Testers were quite simply blown away by the Giant Defy 1, awarding it 4.5 stars. (it even beat a carbon framed bike!)
